We chose our signature merino silk blend for this popular long sleeve tee because the silk adds that that extra bit of strength and durability than just merino alone, without the need for synthetics. 

In addition to being extra tough, the 100% natural Mott Tee is temperature regulating, breathable and UV resistant.  It needs less washing than cotton or synthetics and dries in minutes! 

It will maintain its shape and color wear after wear. The silk adds extra sheen, strength and a lustrous shimmer to the fabric. The yarn has been treated with a chlorine-free Plasma treatment for machine washability.

My kid's new favorite

So, I have a sensory kiddo who LOVES Nui's items. He has long had a love affair with the currently unavailable merino tencel, but before that, we had some early merino silk items that he just wore and wore (even after he outgrew them). Well! Merino Silk is BACK and he got his first Mott Tee yesterday - he was like, "I'm putting this on and not taking it off". So, he slept in it. And wore it to school today. Needless to say, he loves the feel and fit of these shirts, and would wear them 24/7 if he could.

Bought the merino silk thermals for my son in the bluestone. My son (5) immediately said, “This is my favorite color blue ever!” I agree. Gorgeous color and they are soft and comfortable. Bought them for myself in the deep sea and would buy them in the bluestone if they were available. We are living in these thermals this fall/winter. The best!

our family loves nui merino silk

We have several of these merino silk long sleeve shirts and pants, and have been using them for about a year as our child (now 17 months) grows. They are by far our favorite clothing items -- so we just bought one for mama too! We use them for everything - daily wearing and also use them as PJs every night during cooler seasons.

Soft enough for baby, warm enough for mama not to worry

Our 1 year old LOVES this base layer and always picks it out of their drawer in the morning. It's super soft and silky, doesn't irritate their eczema, and with the high quality construction I know it will last for many years as a hand-me-down.
