Shipping Info

We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday within 3 business days for standard shipping and next business day for Express. Next day delivery is only available within the USA and is dependent on availability.

During large promotional events such as Wool Week, Black Friday, Earth Month and seasonal clearance sales, we DO NOT guarantee that we can ship orders within our normal 48 hour time frame. If your order is time sensitive please avoid ordering during these events as we would hate for you to be disappointed. During sales it is also not advisable to request overnight shipping as we cannot guarantee it can reach you overnight.

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was supplied to us at checkout. Packages returned to us due to incorrect address will reship at the customer's cost.

We accept no responsibility for items shipped by us once tracking shows they are delivered. We understand post can go missing at destination so if you believe your package is best shipped signature required only then please let us know when you place your order. There may be a slight charge for this depending on where you live. We are NOT responsible for missing packages if we ship to the address you gave us and tracking shows as delivered but you didn't receive it.

We cannot make adjustments to your order after it’s placed. If you realize you made an error after receiving your order notification contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can make the necessary fix before it starts processing.

Shipping - USA

We offer free standard shipping within the USA for orders over $150. Expedited shipping on orders over $150 will incur a shipping charge at cost.

Shipping is by USPS or UPS at our discretion. Approximate charges are as follows:

  • USA Standard $7.95 (usd) for orders under $150. FREE shipping on orders over $150.  Delivery time is usually 2-5 days.
  • USA Express Next Day USA $40.00 (usd) by USPS Express Mail.

DO NOT request overnight shipping during a sale event we cannot guarantee overnight delivery during these times.  

Shipping - International

International Orders ship by DHL Fast Ship 2-5 days includes Prepaid Duties at checkout.  

  • NEW ZEALAND - NZD45 for orders under NZD225.  FREE shipping on orders over NZD225.
  • AUSTRALIA - AUD40 for orders under AUD200.   FREE shipping on orders over AUD200.
  • CANADA - CAD25 for orders under CAD200.   FREE shipping on orders over CAD200.
  • UK - GBP25 for orders under GBP120.  FREE shipping on orders over GBP120.
  • ASIA - USD40 for orders under USD250.  FREE shipping on orders over USD250.
  • EUROPE - USD40 for orders under USD200.  FREE shipping on orders over USD200.
  • REST OF WORLD - USD40 for orders under USD250.  FREE shipping on orders over USD250.

Duty & Taxes

The buyer/recipient is responsible for all applicable duty and/or taxes. We ship international orders DDP (Deliver Duty Paid) where possible, so any duties/taxes are calculated at checkout and paid there. Shipments will be delivered to you by DHL in 2-5 days with no further local charges or delays. 

Local sales tax is charged for all orders from the state of Texas.

Returns & Exchanges for USA customers

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of ship date. Items must be unused and in original condition, with original tags in place.  We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet the above requirements.

If the return results in the original order value dropping significantly below any free shipping threshold you may have qualified for we do reserve the right to add the original cost of shipping to your order as a deduction to any refund. 

Store credits will be a Gift Code emailed to you upon completion of the return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping charges.  

Returns & Exchanges for customers outside the USA

All customers outside the USA must get the goods back to us at your own cost. Upon receipt of Returns we will issue a store credit or a refund to your original payment method as directed by you.  For exchanges, upon receipt of goods we will contact you with a request for payment for the exchange to be shipped out.

Store credits will be a Gift Code emailed to you upon completion of the return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping charges.

Items ineligible for Return

FINAL SALE ITEMS (those in our sale section of the website AND ANY ITEM ON SALE DURING BLACK FRIDAY, EARTH MONTH, OUR TWO SEASONAL CLEARANCE SALES OR SOLD AT A 40% OR GREATER DISCOUNT) are NOT eligible for return or exchange.  We will not accept damaged items that have been worn and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned at your cost.

How to make a return/exchange:

Re:do Returns: 

  • Customers who choose the option of paying $1.98 at the time of purchase qualify for free unlimited returns for store credit or exchange on that order.
  • If you opt for a refund the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you did not purchase Re:do at checkout, you can still use our return portal below and the return shipping will be charged at cost. No return fee is deducted from your refund total.
  • We are not able to retroactively add Re:do once the order has been processed.

All returns must be pre-approved by Nui Organics.

Please visit our returns portal and simply enter your order # and the email you used to order with and follow the prompts.  If you are within the US you will be issued with your return label during this process.

Returned items and items for exchange must be received by us within 30 business days of placing your return request.

We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. We will send you an email upon receipt of your package. Please allow up to 30 days from the day goods arrive back to our warehouse for a return credit to appear on your credit card statement or a store credit to be issued.  Exchanges are subject to availability. We will contact you with alternative options should your first choice be unavailable.

Missing or incorrect items:

If you have been sent the wrong item in error or feel you are missing an item from you order, please contact us immediately by emailing and we will remedy the situation.


We take pride in producing quality products. If you receive an item you consider defective please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a replacement.  Should the item be found to be faulty we will also take full responsibility for replacement shipping costs.
