Delivery & Returns
We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday within 3 business days for standard shipping and next business day for Express. Next day delivery is only available within the USA and is dependent on availability.
During large promotional events such as Wool Week, Black Friday and seasonal clearance sales, we DO NOT guarantee that we can ship orders within our normal 48 hour time frame. It may take up to a week or more to get your order out. If your order is time sensitive please avoid ordering during these events as we would hate for you to be disappointed.
The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was supplied to us at checkout. Packages returned to us due to incorrect address will reship at the customer's cost.
We cannot make adjustments to your order after it’s placed. If you realize you made an error after receiving your order notification contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can make the necessary fix before it starts processing.
We offer free standard shipping within the USA for orders over $100. Expedited shipping on orders over $100 will incur a shipping charge at cost.
Shipping Methods ex USA
Shipping is by United States Postal Service and is calculated in relation to your destination. The rates quoted below are an indication only. Priority Mail and Overnight are available at additional charge. Please email us if you require a ship method not shown. Approximate charges are as follows:
- USA Standard $7.95 (usd) by USPS. Delivery time is usually 2-5 days.
- USA Express Next Day USA $40.00 (usd) by USPS Express Mail.
- Worldwide small $25.00 (usd) by USPS Priority Mail. Less than 1.5kg.
- Worldwide large $60.00 (usd) by USPS Priority Mail. Between 1.5 and 10kg.
- Canada small $9.95 (usd) by USPS Mail. Less than 1.5kg
- Canada large $40.00 (usd) by USPS Mail. More than 1.5kg.
- New Zealand + Australia $25.00 (usd) by USPS Mail orders under $150
- New Zealand + Australia Free shipping on orders over $150
We accept no responsibility for items shipped by USPS Mail once they show as delivered. We understand post can go missing at destination so if you believe your package is best shipped signature required only then please let us know when you place your order. International delivery with tracking and signature required is also available. Please contact us for details.
Duty & Taxes
The buyer/recipient is responsible for all applicable duty and/or taxes that may be applied by your local authority or customs agency. Local sales tax is charged for all orders from the state of Texas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition, with original tags in place. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping charges. Final sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. We will not accept damaged items that have been worn and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned at your cost.
How to make a return/exchange:
Prior to sending merchandise in for a refund or exchange, you must obtain a return authorization number. Please email us to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please let us know at this time why you are sending the item(s) back.
Once your request is approved, typically within 1 business day, you will receive an e-mail with your RMA#. Please print out, complete and include a copy of our returns form to aid in the speedy refund or replacement of the product. Include your RMA# on the returns form. You are responsible for the cost and security of return postage.

Returned items and items for exchange must be received by us within 10 business days of receiving your RMA#. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package and ship it back to us via via Registered Mail or similar traceable carrier. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. We will send you an email upon receipt of your package. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a return credit to appear on your credit card statement. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will contact you with alternative options should your first choice be unavailable.
Missing or incorrect items:
If you have been sent the wrong item in error or feel you are missing an item from you order, please contact us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remedy the situation.
We take pride in producing quality products. If you receive an item you consider defective please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a replacement. Should the item be found to be faulty we will also take full responsibility for replacement shipping costs.
