How can I earn Koru points?

There are many ways to earn Koru Rewards. For every dollar you spend, you will earn 5 Koru Reward Points (excludes taxes, shipping and handling). You can also earn Koru Rewards Points for referring friends and interacting with @nuiorganics on social media. Once you reach certain milestones, you get rewarded with Nui bucks to spend!

How can I earn Koru points?

Just click the "Refer a friend " email icon on this page and a pop up will appear where you can add email addresses of your friends and share your Nui love!

What can I redeem my Koru points for?

Nui Koru are redeemable for Nui dollars! Just visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all all of the reward levels - everything from $5 Nui credit to $50 Nui credit!.

How do I redeem my Koru points?

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.

How do I check my Koru points balance?

Your up-to-date Koru points balance is always displayed in the top of this page.

Does it cost anything to begin earning Koru points?

Absolutely not! It's 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn Koru. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.

Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?

Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

How long will it take for points to post to my account?

You should receive points in your account instantly or within minutes once you complete a promotion.

Do my points expire?

Yes, after 12 months (365 days) of account inactivity. For your Nui Rewards, you have 1 month after you have earned Nui Credit to use it. Please check each reward for expiration.

What happens to my Koru points if I make a return?

Your pending Koru points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?

We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab.
