Wish it wasn’t treated wool but….

I bought this thinking it was untreated wool because it says handwash, but it’s plasma treated (which I don’t like for winter sweaters because it’s not as warm, it also snags and gets dirty more easily- saying this as a long-time knitter). Some of the knitting is a little off (but a non-knitter probably wouldn’t notice- doesn’t affect wear). That said the sweater looks beautiful and I really need another cardigan so I couldn’t bring myself to return it (and I kinda hate knitting cardigans). The plasma treatment really softens the wool so this could be a bonus if you’re sensitive to wool. I’m usually a small/med and got a small and am happy with the fit.

A piece of heaven

My parents joke about the amount of outerwear I have; I’m always in search of the perfect jacket or cozy sweater. THIS is it. It’s the perfect weight, feel, softness, hang, everything. I love the buttons, I love the color, I love that it’s organic, I love that I don’t need to ever buy another sweater.

Every other sweater pales in comparison. I haven’t taken it off and generally find ways to wear it even when it’s 85 degrees out. I’m generally a medium or large in tops and the small in this is perfectly sized so it’s definitely generous in size.
