Our merino wool Nature socks are soft, strong and durable. Merino wool is an excellent insulator, keeping feet warm and cozy, while still remaining breathable. Wool can also absorb moisture, which helps prevent little feet from feeling clammy. Merino wool socks stay warm when wet and dry much faster than synthetics. They are also naturally anti-bacterial and therefore odor resistant ... which means they don't have to be washed every time they are worn.
- Anti odor

PLEASE REFER TO THE SIZE CHART TO ENSURE BEST FIT. DON'T SIZE UP THERE IS PLENTY OF STRETCH.
They are very soft but they shrank up like crazy. I would not buy them again. The sock is also long and narrow. My toes are rather wide and the sock doesn't stretch much either.
I bought some of these socks last winter and really liked them as a thin but warm option to wear with smaller shoes/boots. I bought two more pairs this year and sized up to Medium because they do shrink in the wash and I can't always hand wash my socks. But the Medium in the ones I received this year are huge! I gave them to my husband and they are even too large for him! We'll see how they fit once they've been washed. I've also bought these for my toddler and they are really nice, but they do wear out quickly at the heels and I agree that heel reinforcement would give these socks longevity and make them a more worthwhile purchase.
Hmm. I really wanted to love these and bought a bunch of pairs since i was happy with some of the baby merino products. While I love the looks of these there needs to be some kind of reinforcement to the heel/toe area. Already within probably less than 20 wearings there are holes in the heel. Im willing to pay a premium price but would expect longevity to also be there. Anyone else seeing the same problem?
