I've been buying these for my kids for years, but hesitated to buy myself some. I finally got a pair and they have been my go-to pants this winter so far! They're really warm, cute, and so comfy! They fit higher on my waist which is nice, and they're not binding at all. They don't have spandex so they get baggy around the knees after a few years but it doesn't bother me. I am usually a large (165# and 5'3) and the L fits great. Definitely recommend. My only worry is that might pill or wear out in the crotch/knees after a lot of use but I'll update my review if needed!
Great purchase. Thick, soft, very well made. Will wear these under pants on walks, skiing, etc. but could also wear under a dress or skirt or on their own around the house. Love !
I bought these to wear to work under dresses in the summer because it’ll be over 80° outside and then freezing in the office where I work. I was cozy inside and never got too hot walking a block to get my kiddo and drive home in the hot car. Plus, if I needed to, they are really easy to get off (I was actually able to peel off overt my sandals quick if needed- some leggings are way too tight/fitted to do this).
As I made the shift to all-natural clothing, I balked at the prices on every site. However - you get what you pay for. I wanted wool leggings last winter (sans nylon or spandex) for wearing around the house, and these couldn't be more perfect! Soft, no binding waistband (but they stay up!), and so warm. I'm getting a second pair for the "wool rotation." I also appreciate the length; at 5'6" and normally a size 4, most leggings leave my ankles bare, but not these. The small fits me well, even after they stretch out a little with all-day wear. Get them, you won't regret it!
I keep returning to NUI for winter wardrobe staples because they are just perfect! These leggings are not too thick, not too thin and will be great for layering or just wearing on their own. I've stuck with NUI and will continue to come back for more of these leggings due to the quality and material. Sizing is fair and mostly true to size... I am 5'2" and purchased my usual XS size (I'm typically a size 0-2). I will say that the silver color is the tiniest bit more generous in sizing than the charcoal. No need to look elsewhere for winter staples!
