Daughter outgrew the Dory and there weren't any larger sizes available so we decided to try the Potae. I missed the thickness of the Dory but to be honest, this one is more versatile. I think the Dory was better for 6 mo-2 year, but now my toddler actually prefers a thinner hat. She runs around so much that the thicker hats make her too hot. So, I'm glad we ended up getting this one!

Soft, and stretchy, but much lighter-weight than I expected, which some might like (less bulky). Cute fit.
