These were my go to for my babies (and still my older children) in fall, winter and spring. They hold up over multiple children and I’ve even bought consignment too! So you can resell them! My babies/children are always toasty warm and never complain about being cold. They love them and even want to sleep in them as older kids. I think my oldest would wear for a week straight without washing if I would let him.
I purchased the thermal set in June 2021 in preparation for Fall/Winter in Canada. Baby was born in June so I got the 3-6 months to fit in September and he did. Our set is merino and silk. He wore his set pretty much every day as a base layer and seemed very comfy. It's thin enough to fit under clothes without the bulk. I love the stretchy rib fabric that moves with him and the cute knee reinforcements. In winter, we wear the thermals as a base layer, another wool mid-layer and his puffy bunting suit and so far he's always toasty. My only comment (4 stars only to draw your attention to it because otherwise it's a 5 star!) is that the sizing seem a bit small. Baby is tiny, still wears 3-6 months clothes of all other brands but he outgrew his Nui clothes of the same size. I guess we'll have to buy one size up to finish the winter!
We have many thermal sets and they are our favorite to wear as an extra layer in cold weather or just wear for pajamas. They have been through a few kids and still have no holes or wear. Will be purchasing more
Was skeptical of these, as I normally buy a diff organic merino brand of these for my older ones for the winter, but saw that these had the reinforced knees and thought I would try them for my new little one.. although we haven’t tried these yet (I got them for next winter) I can tell you these are definitely thicker merino overall and the reinforcements are awesome! When they get larger sizes I will be switching my older ones over to Nui brand too, as the other brands are thinner and easily got holes. If I could suggest another reinforcement area besides knees and elbows it would be the bum! That area gets worn out easily while playing on the floor or diapers rubbing and would be a great update to an already fabulous item.
Thx for the feedback Harris! Will definitely consider further reinforcements. Full restock of thermals in kid sizes coming early March...
Love these! Thin but warm and so so cozy! My newborn lives in them!
