Beautiful and durable

We love this hat so much that we have it in multiple colors and have given it as gifts as well. We have gotten so much use out of them because of the way it is designed with the ribbing and ability to fold up so that it keeps fitting year after year and never becomes too tightor too short for the child's head. The wool is cozy and durable. It never snags. Love it!

A cold weather essential!

I bought the Dory Beanie size 1-4y for my 10 month old baby boy in navy. The color is rich and beautiful (you just can’t go wrong with navy). His head circumference is about 18” (75th percentile) and it fits him perfectly. I have the adult version in navy and one day I accidentally put his hat on without knowing it. I immediately thought because of the snug fit, “It must have shrunk in the wash” but it was still doable and then I realized it was his! There is a lot of stretch to this beanie so it would comfortably fit multiple child/baby head sizes as well as allow for plenty of growth. The Dory is thicker and heavier than the Potae Beanie which makes it a nice colder weather hat. Like all Nui products, it’s warm without the bulk, soft and comfy, durable, looks great, and superb quality! To top it all off, my boy looks soooooo darn cute in it :u1F970:

So stretchy and soft

All my kids have a dory and they are so warm and soft. My picky child who won’t wear any wool actually loves this beanie!

Go-to hat

This is the best all-around hat. Going on season two, it is still our little guy's go-to hat. It is so soft but super sturdy. I live how it is never too tight or too loose. It seems that hat's ribbing and also the ability to turn the hat up to wherever it best suits the child provides this stay-on, cozy fit, plus gives it the added benefit of growing with him so it can be used for multiple years without sacrificing a good fit.

My absolute favourite baby/toddler toque

I have zero regrets about buying this for my little guy. He wore the 12 month one from 5 months to 18 months and it just got a little small (just in time for spring). I'd love to get a bigger size for him next winter. We got the Potato beanie instead and it is much more lightweight - great for spring and fall. Though the Kelp colour and the Dory style are my favourite. So warm and cute and soft.
