Delivery & Returns
We aim to make your shipping experience with us as fast and easy as possible. When you place your order it will be routed to the nui distribution point closest to your delivery address. Should your order not be in stock at this location, we will ship your order from another region.
All orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday are dispatched the same day.
Next Day orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. If the order is placed on a Friday and Next Day is chosen, the order will be delivered on the following Monday. Next day delivery is only available within the UK and USA and is dependant on availability.
We offer free standard shipping worldwide for orders over $100. Expedited shipping on orders over $100 will incur a shipping charge at cost.
Shipping Methods ex USA
Shipping is by United States Postal Service and is calculated in relation to your destination. The rates quoted below are an indication only. For international orders, most single items will fit in an International Small Flat Rate Box. If you are ordering multiple or large items please select Large International Large Flat Rate Box. Approximate charges are as follows:
- Standard $6.95 (usd) by USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is usually 3-5 days.
- Express Next Day USA $40 (usd) by USPS Express Mail.
- Worldwide small $15 (usd) by USPS Priority Mail. Less than 1lb.
- Worldwide large $60 (usd) by USPS Priority Mail. More than 1lb.
- Canada large $40 (usd) by USPS Priority Mail. More than 1lb.
We accept no responsibility for items shipped by USPS Priority Mail once they have left our warehouse. International delivery with tracking and signature required is available. Please contact us for details.
Shipping Methods ex UK
Shipping is by Royal Mail and is calculated in relation to your destination. Approximate charges are as follows:
- Standard £4.95 by Royal Mail. Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days though please allow up to 14 days.
- Overnight £7.00 by Royal Mail. Next day by 3pm except Sundays
- Europe £10 by Royal Mail International. Includes Europe, Eire and Channel Islands. Allow 5-7 days.
- Worldwide £19.00 by Royal Mail International. Allow 10-15 days.
International delivery with tracking and signature required is available. Please contact us for details. The above UK rates apply for orders up to 2.5kg. Should your order weigh more than 2.5kg, the cost of shipping your order is likely to exceed the stated price. In that case we will contact you with the additional charges.
Duty & Taxes
The buyer/recipient is responsible for all applicable duty and/or taxes that may be applied by your local authority or customs agency.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly issue a refund within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition, with original tags in place. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping charges. Sale items are not eligible for return. We will not accept damaged items that have been worn and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned at your cost.
How to make a return/exchange:
Prior to sending merchandise in for a refund or exchange, you must obtain a return authorization number. Please email us to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please let us know at this time why you are sending the item(s) back.
Once your request is approved, typically within 1 business day, you will receive an e-mail with your RMA# and address for return. Please print out, complete and include a copy of our returns form to aid in the speedy refund or replacement of the product. Include your RMA# on the returns form. You are responsible for the cost and security of return postage.
Returned items and items for exchange must be received by us within 10 business days of receiving your RMA#. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package and ship it back to us via via Registered Mail or similar traceable carrier. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. We will send you an email upon receipt of your package. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a return credit to appear on your credit card statement. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will contact you with alternative options should your first choice be unavailable.
Missing or incorrect items:
If you have been sent the wrong item in error or feel you are missing an item from you order, please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com and we will remedy the situation.
We take pride in producing quality products. If you receive an item you consider defective please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a replacement. Should the item be found to be faulty we will also take full responsibility for replacement shipping costs.
